Quality Assurance Intern (6 Months)

OverviewThis role is required in the Quality department, to work on PBI reporting and QA hygiene reports for all campaigns.
For PBI reporting, this individual will be required to update shared folders and source files on a fixed frequency.
In addition, reporting of all QA hygiene metrics such as audit compliance, calibration variance, AOA variance, productivity, shrinkage, ratios, etc.QualificationsEDUCATION AND SPECIFIC TRAININGDegree in any discipline
Experience working with MS Office and Power BI
Fast learner who requires minimal supervision
English language proficiency - required to communicate with various teams
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilitiesResponsibilitiesCollects data, validates, and updates the source files as per set timelines, to be fed into PBI
Maintains trackers pertaining to data ingestion, validation, and graph checks
Collects data pertaining to QA hygiene - Audit compliance, calibration variance, AOA variance, productivity, shrinkage, ratios, etc.
QA hygiene data to be collected, validated, and reported to the Quality stakeholders
Action plans on QA hygiene corrections to be consolidated and progress to be tracked
