Quality Assurance Intern

-Assist in the development and documentation of quality management procedures and protocols.


-Support the implementation of quality assurance programs and process improvements.


-Conduct data collection and assist on analysis reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.


-Participate in internal audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.


-Assist in the preparation of training materials related to quality management.


-Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.


-Help in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

; Requirements:-


-Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.


-Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical methods is desirable.
