Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager.Key Responsibilities:- ** IATF 16949 Compliance**: Ensure that all quality management processes and systems align with the requirements of the IATF 16949 automotive standard.- ** Quality Management System**: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system that covers all aspects of semiconductor manufacturing, from design to delivery.- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team's effectiveness and development.- ** Supplier Quality**: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain strong quality relationships, conduct supplier audits, and drive improvements in supplier quality performance.- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.- ** Root Cause Analysis**: Lead root cause analysis activities for quality issues, implement effective corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of problems.- ** Quality Audits**: Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards and facilitate continuous improvement.- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate quality documentation, prepare regular quality reports, and communicate quality performance metrics to senior management.- ** Customer Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with relevant quality and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company's continued compliance with all applicable standards.**Skills & Experience Required**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation is highly desirable.- Extensive experience in quality assurance within semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the IATF 16949 standard.- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.- Proficiency in quality management tools and software.- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.JTK Number**:JTKSM 995** | Company Registration Number**:201301019088 (1048918-T)
