Open Position: Quality Assurance Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company) A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include: ·          Possess Diploma/Degree/master in Science or any related field.
·          More than 10 years' experience in medical device, consumer, auto or any related industries.
·          Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
·          Establish quality standards, policies, and procedures and ensure their adherence across all departments and projects.
·          Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
·          Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and develop strategies to address them.
·          Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
·          Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
·          Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar are a plus.
·          Excellent leadership and people management skills plus plus exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
