**Job Position**: Quality Assurance**Job type**: Permanent**Working hours**: 8 am -5.30pm**Location**: Kuchai Lama, KL**Salary**:Up to RM5,500/- **Job description**:- Conduct regular evaluations of CS representatives to measure their proficiency in handling player inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.- Provide constructive feedback to agents to enhance their skills and performance.- Ensure that customer service operations comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. (compliance)- Collaborate with the CS management team to identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows.- Provide regular reports to management highlighting key quality metrics, areas of excellence, and improvement opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations.**Requirements**:- Malaysian citizens only.- Proficiency in G Suite & Microsoft Office- Minimum SPM level or higher- Fluent in **English, Chinese & Malay **(verbal & written)- Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year in quality assurance within customer service, BPO or call center.- Must own a laptop/PC with specifications as 8GB RAM / above, Intel core i5 processor or AMD Ryzen 5 processor/above & 80 Mbps internet speed.- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and compliance awareness.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
