Quality Assurance & R&D Executive (Food Industry)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Responsible and maintaining food quality system: GMP, HACCP, HALAL and other related food system.- Responsible for supplier audit, customer audit or third-party audit.- Manage training of the quality and production team on relevant food safety issue such as GMP awareness.- Provide guidance on quality assurance and quality control activities.- Responsible to handle, coordinate and update customer complaint and food safety related issues.- Ensure the adherence of factory team to food safety system by patrol and audit programmed to produce consistency goods, regulatory compliance products and meet customer expectation.- Identify and work with ingredient suppliers to bring innovative ingredients for continual improvement plans of current products.- Guide the execution of inventory control and identify opportunities to control food costs and other expenses, reduce overall costs and improve end product quality as assigned.- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer preferences, market gaps, and emerging trends in the food industry.- Test the new recipe, equipments, and other related matters for improvement on existing products and processes**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- At least Diploma / Degree in Food Science and Technology- Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing preferably in food industry.- Familiar with Food & Beverage manufacturing environment including handling documentation & production on site.- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Fast learner and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Focus to details.- Result oriented and receptive to criticism.- Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and passion for innovation in the F&B industry.- Can start work immediately or with short notice.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- QA/QC: 1 year (preferred)- R&D: 1 year (preferred)
