This is a Quality Assurance position to be based in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
Your future employer is a manufacturer and distributor of fastener items.
Job Description:
To handle clients claims due to quality of products.
Hearing from clients, report to Suppliers, discuss on countermeasure (replacement, improvement etc).
Audit factory.
Visit client and suppliers frequently for discussion (Overseas few times a year, Domestic frequent Penang-Johor).
Create report using Excel.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years QA experience.
Able to speak Mandarin (for communication with suppliers) & English.
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good at communication (Tel, E-mail, Face to Face).
Possesses own transport.
