Quality Assurance Support (Lab)

Working as a full-time Quality Assurance Support personnel, you will be involved in all aspects in quality assurance and in conducting lab tests following industry standards, customer prints, and Fastenal Product Standards.
Additionally, you will be working directly/indirectly with FASTCO Sourcing Team, branches, Manufacturing and Fastenal Engineers to complete laboratory related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Receiving & reviewing the requests from e-lab request form.
Uploading & submitting completed lab test reports and supporting documents to e-lab request form.
Facilitating requestors in lab test matter as needed.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
Possess or working towards a bachelor's degree in engineering
Detail-oriented
Good written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated, self-directed, and possess positive attitude.
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
