Quality Assurance Technician (Bukit Rambai Melaka)

**Job Target**- A quality technician performs quality control checks on products during the production cycle to ensure items meets the specified quality. He also needs to lead the overall operation of quality department in order to ensure the quality system is implemented and quality products are assured.- Responsible for assuring all company quality expectations are being satisfies at all manufacturing and inspection process steps, also identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.- Manage and lead in the quality of new development parts, modified parts, model changed or process changed.- Responsible for quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis- Perform inspection at all defined stages of process and prepare QC check sheet- Ensure the audit reports updated correctly- Involve in quality improvement activity- Assist QA Engineer to perform line process/product audit.- Attend and resolve customers' complaint.- Assist QA Engineer to follow-up for closure of Corrective Action Report.- Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher-level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority.- Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products.- Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation.- Assist QA Engineer in day-to-day production Quality issues.- Additional duties as assigned by management**Requirements**:- 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
