This role involves supporting the Operations Governance team delivering the independent Quality Monitoring plan for key processes in Operations and Health such as policy issuance, administration, and claims.
The individual will review sample cases handled by the Operations and Health teams in order to identify any deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Based in Kuala Lumpur, with functional reporting line to the Prudential Singapore Head of Operations Governance, the individual will work closely with the Operations Governance team members on the following:
Complete assigned quality checks.
Record the results of the quality checks in the designated files and folders.
Identify exceptions (errors) and report them to the Operations Governance team.
Regularly provide updates on progress and collate results into reports.
Propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Operations Governance team with automation initiatives and other ad hoc activities as requested.
Who we are looking for:
Reliable and delivery-oriented.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to record work on Excel and learn basic functions of PACS systems (e.g., Life Asia, Content Manager).
Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Working Experience:
Operations or administrative experiences would be an advantage.
Education:
Degree in any discipline.
Language:
Good command of the English language.
