Position Overview
TheQuality Control Executiveis responsible for overseeing quality control activities, conducting product inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control Inspections:Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and report any quality issues, non-conformities, or defects, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.Process Monitoring and Improvement:Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to optimize production processes for better quality outcomes.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
Prepare quality control reports, including findings and corrective actions, and provide recommendations for quality improvements.Compliance and Standards:Ensure that all quality control activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about new standards and regulations in quality control and incorporate them into the quality assurance process as needed.Training and Support:Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
Support other quality control team members and assist with quality audits when required.Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in Intelligent Manufacturing.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
Proficient in quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO standards, SPC, Six Sigma methodologies).
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with production and quality teams.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if necessary.
