Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work in Kajang and Semenyih area
Own transport and willing to travel between production plants
Good proficiency in written and spoken English
Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Experience in formulation and laboratory work will be an added advantage
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards
Able to work under stress with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Assist QC and Production Manager
Ensure the products are produced according to the schedule
Record the final production output, quality of material/packaging damaged, and material rejected at the end of the production
Record any reworked products and semi-finished products inventory at the end of the production run
Keep the record for any re-work done, such as the reasons, the action taken, the quantity, and the recommendation
Keep the record of batch manufacturing code according to the material number, the batch size, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, and the pack size
Record down the temperature and humidity of raw material store as well as in production area
