Job Summary
Ensure all type of water including potable water, process water, purified water, water for injection, and pure steam condensate from all required sampling points are being sampled according to the approved procedures.
Ensure all analysis such as Total Viable Aerobic Count, Test for Specified Microorganisms and Bacterial Endotoxin test for water samples is performed according to the approved procedures.
Review and approve the test results of both water and microbial identification testing.
Compile quality data of both Production Drug Product (PDP) and Production Drug Substance (PDS) to facilitate trending.
Review and maintain records for equipment, reagents, media, glassware, and consumables related to water sampling analysis.
Coordinate and support other departments for any validation activity which involves microbiological sampling/testing, and report the test results.
Initiate troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and systems according to the approved procedures.
Involve in the planning and change management related to Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory.
Conduct Endotoxin Test for water samples and record the results accordingly if required.
Review the investigation report for OOS, CAPA, and Deviation raised by QCM Department before submission to QA.
