Quality Control (Qc Control)

Responsible: To carry out in-process and exit glass production inspections to ensure compliance as per drawings and measurements provided.These tasks include conducting tests, keeping defect records and preparing procedures.in proper documentation records, records and filing of all documents related to the company's products.Any other duties assigned by your superiors or Management.Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standardsRecommends adjustments to assembly or production processesInspecting, testing or measuring materials or manufactured productsMeasuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges or micrometersAccept or reject finished goodsRemove all products and materials that fail to meet specificationsReport inspection and test data such as weight, temperature, grade, moisture content and quantity inspected
