Responsibilities:Develop and implement compliance strategies to maintain adherence to DOSH and DOE requirements.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment plant accordance with DOE regulations.
Develop and implement waste management plans to minimize the company's ecological footprint and ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and sustainable resource use.
Identify opportunities for improving safety, health, and environmental practices within the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job / Skills Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the food manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and compliance standards.
Knowledge in Environmental Safety & Health and Halal Management is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, observation, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to work independently, trustworthy, responsible, and with a positive mindset.
