Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and promoting the improvement of network operation quality, compiling reports on the data in charge, broadcasting the data, collecting the reasons for abnormal fluctuations, and promoting improvement.Continuously optimize the logical calibre of the data indicators in charge to ensure that the data indicators are reasonable and accurate. Prepare and issue daily weekly and monthly quality monitoring reports, and compile various operational quality reports.Lead or participate in the company's internal quality-related project work, and complete various support work according to project requirements.Compile and formulate various standard systems and SOPs to ensure the implementation of various initiatives.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.Experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Third Party Logistics Business Planning, and operation process.Familiar with Excel functions (VLOOKUP/IF..).Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.Competencies: Attention to Detail — The job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.Communication and interpersonal skills – The job requires being a skilled negotiator, listener, and agile speaker to address concerns across all levels of people.Flexibility – The job requires being flexible and adaptable, often quick thinking.Mental strength/Stress tolerance – The job requires the capacity to endure pressure or uncertainty without becoming negative towards self or others.Teamwork – The job requires a great amount of collaboration to work and perform more efficiently in a team.
