Arbitration Supervisor Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and standards for the entire logistics process, end-to-end coverage to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and adequacy of policies.Conduct audits of employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, while maintaining positive customer and agency relations.Organize and execute internal audits for drivers, focusing on proof of delivery, proof of pickup, return to seller, and SOP non-compliance.Organize and conduct training and briefing sessions for various teams on new guidelines, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.Responsible for damaged parcels and lost parcels: standard, fine and incentives.Administer and reporting damaged parcels and lost parcels' data.Analyze the rate and minimize the risk.Ensure the policies, standards and workflow carried out efficiently. Order Allocation Supervisor Oversee parcel collection operations across Malaysia, providing guidance and feedback on their execution.Calculate parcel collection costs and allocate orders to the most cost-effective collection methods.Monitor parcel collection tasks and ensure the timely departure of shuttle buses to prevent transit issues and delays.Analyse operational anomalies, identify potential problems, and collaborate with various departments to propose improvement plans.Participate in system upgrades and iterations related to parcel collection operations.Liaise with the PMD department to coordinate and communicate with customers.Develop emergency plans to meet customer collection needs.Build and nurture the team's talent pipeline.
