Quality Control Technician - Johor, Malaysia Position Summary The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for the effective management of product quality control and quality processes to ensure product performance, cost management, effective reserve utilization, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve quality excellence.
Functional Role Quality control for the Red and Yellow Line products, as well as major selected raw materials. Maintain a proper record of QC work, including any revisions made, the addition of old stock, reject products, etc. Report to the R&D Manager and the Head of Department for specific product information from R&D or production. Support daily, weekly and monthly quality testing, inspections and procedures. Carry out product, equipment, and machinery inspections. Perform other duties such as safety-related tasks as assigned from time to time. Perform all ISO procedures and documentations in accordance with the company's quality policy and plan. Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the QC laboratory. Skills and Attributes required Academic Qualification: Diploma holders preferably in the quality control or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome Professional Experience : At least 2 years' experience in a quality control department and manufacturing industry or equivalent.
