Quality Controller

**Job Requirement ;**- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Quality Controller is required for this position.- Bachelor Degree/Advance Diploma/Diploma in a Food science nutrition / Halal Management / or in any related field.- Required Skill(s): Quality inspections, can efficiently with mínimal supervision, Good communications and Reporting Skills.- Product information knowledge (for all existing & new product & OEM)- Required Skill(s): Quality inspections, auditing and testing experience- Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards- Product or industry-specific experience**Job Responsibilities ;**- Monitor Online, Incoming and Lab QCs daily activities.- Monitor workers personal hygiene.- Monitor productions areas, ensuring they meet health and safety compliance, and check that all manufactured products or materials meet the necessary productions standards.- Liaise with external pest controller.- Interpret and implement quality assurance standard and procedures.- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.- Responsible for document management systems.- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.- Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards.- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.- Monitor productions operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.- Direct assembly adjustment to ensure operations reflect quality standards.- Ensure product meet customer expectations based on company objectives.- Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.- Write reports to documents deficiencies and errors of products.- Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- How many years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience do you currently have?- What is your Expected Salary?- When is your Birth Date ?- How long is your Notice Period ?**Experience**:- QA/QC: 1 year (required)
