Job Responsibilities:
Assist to monitor critical quality control points in production.
Maintain a proper record system.
Monitor to maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
Assist in maintaining the Quality Control documentation system.
Assist to ensure the processing of the products follows SOP.
Assist and ensure the quality management procedures are implemented at the factory.
Ensure correct food recipe guidelines for products are followed during processing.
