About the team
As Quality Delivery Lead, you will lead a team of Market Quality Assurance Analysts/ POCs, handling day-to-day management, escalations, feedback, and performance.Our QA teams audit and review our Moderation teams, handling appeals, audits, feedback, and providing support on ad hoc policy questions. Responsibilities:- You will lead a large matrixed Operations department including multiple managers or managers. You will be responsible for ensuring performance targets are met and professional development is encouraged and supported.- You will collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning and data analysis to predict future needs and areas for improvement.- You will act as the focal point and main point of contact for the team internally and externally- You foster a high-performance culture and champion open communication, inclusion, continuous improvement, and sharing feedback.- You have overall responsibility for office space planning, employee wellbeing initiatives, and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Minimum Qualifications:- You come with significant leadership experience having managed large teams within a large and complex Operations environment, ideally with a Social Media / BPO / Content Safety background.- You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrable examples of building relationships with senior business leaders.
