Responsibilities:Responsible for QMS
Endorsement of all documents
Enforcement regarding change in 4M & PCN & PFMEA & PCP
Responsible for Internal and External Audit
Responsible for Quality and Technical weekly Report
Responsible for internal improvement (Quality & Technical)
Enforcement of all process handling data analysis
Enforcement of process patrol
Enforcement of supplier performance ranking (packing material and service supplier)
Manage customer claims
Summarize the Quality Performance (LLR)
Enforcement of production floor environment
Coordinate customer complaint process
Compile quality control reports
Manage the non-conformity material discrepancy report
Review and analyze complaints from customers
Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Minimum Experience:1 Year
