Quality Engineer (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome To Apply)

Responsibilities: Activelyparticipates in the selection and certification of certification ofsuppliers , with BU engineer and procurement to ensure that theselected supplier meet kaifa requirement in term of technology ,quality , cost and service. Conduct thesupplier review to key suppliers in quality system and theproduction manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformityand continues improvement Participate in theselection and verification of part in the design stage of thecompany new project Establish and review partquality plan ,define key parameter for incoming inspection5.Participating new project kickoff meeting and prepare FAE asaccording to new project requirement Conductpart approval process (FAE), work with supplier and relateddepartment function to resolve supplier and material related issuebefore mass production , to ease project can be started on time.Audit part data sheet and drawingspecification are sufficient and completed, determine all keyparameters and ensure that the ability of supplier can meet thesespecification , and feedback the manufacturing and process problemto design department Requirement: Degree in electronic / electrical /mechanical course and related electronic industriesMinimum 1 years IQC / Quality control workexperience Good experience in ISO 13458/ISO9000 quality system and supplier audit skillAble to handle electronic instrument for IQCmeasurement will be better advantage ,Familiar with CMM machine, 2D smart Scope ,profile projector willbe added advantageGood leadership , able towork with minimal guildance, trust worth and team player7.Proficient in english and bahasa malaysia ,proficient in chinese will be added advantange8.Fresh Graduate is welcome toapply
