Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform statistical evaluations of quality metrics and ensure their effective implementation.
Assess the operational conditions of production and inspection processes in accordance with the established schedule and standards; conduct audits of process operations and inspection quality against predefined criteria, offer feedback on deficiencies, and suggest preventive actions.
Promptly identify unreasonable inspection standards within processes and promote the creation of new standards.
Evaluate, monitor, and execute improvements based on issues reported from the field.
Oversee the thoroughness and accuracy of product modifications.
Respond to critical quality issues and urgent matters.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality.
Identify areas for improvement and lead root cause analysis.
Collaborate with teams to establish and monitor quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with suppliers and production teams to resolve quality issues.
