4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality-related data (e.g., yield, defect rates) to detect trends, generate reports, and support decision-making for quality improvements.
5. Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure material quality standards are met, address supplier quality issues, and drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Materials Science, with a focus on semiconductor equipment manufacturing processes.
2. Professional Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
3. Quality Tools Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing quality tools and methodologies, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
4. Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in using data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) to interpret and manage large datasets for quality improvement and problem resolution.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot defects, determine root causes of quality issues, and develop effective solutions.
6. Semiconductor Reliability Knowledge: Understanding of reliability testing and engineering, including accelerated life testing, stress testing, and the impact of environmental factors on product performance and longevity.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to implement quality improvements.
