Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations Pursuit of quality goals and implementation and monitoring of improvement measuresSupport on complaints (internal and external) and monitor the committed corrective actionsVerification for quality - documents and their maintenanceSupport of certification and customer auditsConduction of product and process audits (internally)Support in the management of process documents (PMS)Management co-worker training and qualificationSupport various quality-related issuesDetection of quality and process improvements as well as their implementationDefine quality goals for production area in consultation with the quality managerMain responsibility for quality assurance of Vulcanize processPerform and lead the Layer Process Audit (LPA)Reports to the quality manager of VAT-MalaysiaApprove the quality alert in the absence of the quality manager Key Competencies and Skills Work experience in Process Engineering and quality assuranceEducation in Chemical Engineering or Quality EngineeringComputer knowledge (MS Office user)Organized, self-dependent and customer-oriented workGood communication and teamwork skillsCapability to drive processes / improvements / actionsKnowledge of FMEA / 8D Special Skills (such as special certifications) Experience in rubber industry is advantageSome experience with machining or machined componentsInternal Auditor for ISO 9001
