Quality Engineer/Manager - Reputable MNC Manufacturing (Tampoi/Ulu Tiram/Senai)Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
They are seeking an experiencedQA Engineer / Managerto lead the growth of the company in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customer complaints (defect description, % defective, effects on customer, defective manufacturing date, responsible QC and operator) and support sorting/reworks on time as agreed by the customer.
Provide efficient customer support (reworks/sorting).
Develop effective rework methods/procedures that do not introduce additional problems (e.g., scratches). Timely customer support (reworks/sorting) to align with production schedule/requirements to prevent line down occurrences.
Ensure that customer's CAR is replied to promptly and oversee the effectiveness of CAR implementation before closure.
Assist production in troubleshooting the root cause of problems.
Verify customer complaints and communicate these complaints back to IPQC and production floor for immediate action.
Verify customer rejects prior to issuing RMA.
Review FAI, Cp/Cpk Reports before submitting to customers.
Prepare the Inspection Plan for IPQC to inspect the parts based on the created Plan.
Assist production in negotiating with customers on product requirements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
