Job Description: Establishment and maintenance of quality management system: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management system to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Guide employees to follow quality policies and procedures.Quality control and monitoring: According to the established quality control plan, conduct quality monitoring and evaluation to ensure that products and processes meet standards, and formulate improvement plans when necessary.Problem solving and corrective measures: Assist in handling quality issues, analyze the root causes and take corrective and preventive measures to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and internal quality issues.Quality training and communication: Regularly arrange internal training for inspectors to ensure that they all understand and follow quality standards. Qualification Requirement: At least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor's Degree in engineering field or equivalent.At least more than 3 years above working experience in the related field and more than 2 years of experience in the same position in related industry.Self-driven and motivated, well organized, could prioritize tasks and excellent problem-solving skills.Proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skillsProficient in English, Mandarin, Malaysia, listening, speaking, reading and writing (Priority Mandarin speaker as it will need to interact with the counterpart from China team.)Proficient in using PPT, word, excel and other office software, and can effectively assist in work development Be able to skillfully use Minitab software, 8D, QCC, QIT, Six Sigma and other quality tools in actual projects Have systematic response strategies and capabilities for raising product issues The report is neat, the data analysis is systematic, the conclusions are clear and logical.
