Quality Engineer (Pcba / Smt)

Job Description: Responsible for quality management, quality inspection and quality control during the manufacturing process.Propose and implement corrective and preventative actions and track their effectiveness shall potential issue arise.Lead quality analysis of product quality issues, execute and implement quality improvement plans, track quality improvement plans, track quality improvements and ensure the final resolution of quality issues.Summarize and analyze various quality data and push responsible departments to resolve issues promptly.Handle customer complaints, drive improvements and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.Collaborate with project and technical personnel on new product pilot runs and quality control.Responsible for training quality inspectors and auditing their works.Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in electronics or telecommunication.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the electronics industry.Proficient in Office software.Familiar with quality management systems such ISO9001 and IATF16949 and knowledgeable about industry related quality standards and quality control requirements. Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent communication abilities and team oriented mindset.Proficient in reading and writing English and Chinese. Experience in SMT / PCBA is a must.
