Responsibilities:Coordinate quality-related customer interactions and internal issue resolutions, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory audits.
Perform line audits to ensure product is meeting quality requirements.
Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.
Manage the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Liaise with the engineering and production teams to solve internal and external quality issues.
Support customer audits in the production line.
Compile and process deviations and follow up on the corrective action.
Review reports and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Review specifications and processes.
Monitor the company's performance in terms of quality, rejection, and other issues.
Work together with Production to identify potential failures in product and process.
Job Requirements:Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
Preferably with an engineering background in the Precision manufacturing field.
At least 3 years of related working experience in a similar capacity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge in GD & T.
Good understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings.
Able to read and understand the CMM program and analyze the results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
