Responsible for IQA, IPQA/OQA operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production and engineering to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Supervise and motivate a team of QA technicians and inspectors to ensure alignment with key performance indicators such as quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and safety at the workplace.
Primary interface with customers on quality-related matters.
Lead activities to improve yield at customer incoming and reduce RMA.
Participate and support regulatory and customer audits at site.
Drive Proactive Continuous Improvement on Yield & Quality Metrics.
Ensure effectiveness of pFMEA and control plan.
Ensure effectiveness of training and inspections process.
Educate operators and production associates on quality, compliance, and procedure.
Respond timely and effectively to customer feedback/CAPA.
Take up additional tasks as directed by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering field.
Knowledge in SPC, pFMEA, Lean Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 is preferable.
Advantage to have experience in handling box build product, new product transfer, or PCBA manufacturing.
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
