Job Scope / Responsibilities:- To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 :2015 management system comply to organization standard operating procedure and standard requirement.- Develop, implement and monitor operational strategies, policies, procedures and processes o evaluate and improve efficiency, productivity, delivery and quality in efforts to allign with the company's objectives.- Monitor the storage, handling and disposal of production wastes and scheduled wastes to ensure compliance with the environment, safety and health requirements.- Develop, implement and monitor plant housekeeping and 5S activities and preserve the cleanliness level of company.- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for production process- Communicates quality standards and parameters to production team and other appropriate staff- Plan and conduct suitable training programs for production workers to develop their skills and improve their performance to meet quality standards- Coordinates and participates in the parts remanufacturing testing processes- Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that vehicles meet required specifications for quality, function and reliability prior to delivery.- Assist in external audit for external parties such as Road Transport Department (RTD), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Department of Environment (DOE), Malaysia Automotive, Robotics & IoT Institute (MARii) and certification body.- Conduct ISO internal audit as per scheduled and required by organization.- Ensure the vehicle component test report and remanufacturing checklist is completed and properly recorded in ERP and ITX system- Take photos of parts, engine number, and chasis number before and after rebuilt process and upload to ERP system (for HSA and Arus Pelangi), ITX system and Google drive.- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.- Keep updated on latest government rules, regulations and requirements related to the industry.- To perform any duties as per assisgned by the top management**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 04/22/2024
