We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.Responsibilities: Management of the implementation of the quality, health & safety and environmental management system in the Project(s) Coordination of QSE topics towards Project team and within the involved Quality Functions of other locations.
Main Tasks: Coordination of project specific Quality requirements together with the Project Manager and the Quality Functions of the locations/systems Preparation of the project specific Health, Safety and Environmental Plan in coordination with the Project Director and the Health and Safety Advisor and coordination of the implementation Support with the implementation of essential quality and safety processes and rules at site (including follow-up and training at site) Facilitation of Root Cause Analysis of major Non-Conformities Coordination of quality documentation requirements together with Quality Functions of the locations/systems Coordination of project specific Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Audits (customer audits and site audits) with the Project Director and the Quality Functions Implementation of HSE targets together with Group Company Management Reporting of HSE data Maintain HSE procedures and instructions Experience, Qualification & Personal Attributes Five years of professional HSE experience in construction industry Bachelor's degree in HSE Management, Engineering or related field Registered Occupational Safety and Health Officer (DOSH) / Green Book holder Sound knowledge of legal HSE requirements, OSHA regulations and local safety and environmental laws Knowledge about HSE Management Systems and their implementation Good command of English (both spoken and written) and Bahasa Malaysia Good MS-Office knowledge Internal and External customer oriented Results-oriented with a positive outlook Comfortable in a dynamic and international environment Able to perform under pressure and to meet deadlines Depending on the candidate, this position may progress to full time, where he/she will lead the Company's overall Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental department, which will require regular traveling to the Company's headquarters located in Kuala Lumpur.
The salary package we offer will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
