Quality Management Engineer

Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Review and analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and processes.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Participate in supplier quality management activities, including supplier evaluation and audits.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001.
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
