Quality Management Officer / Senior OfficerResponsibilities:
Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
Pump file into the system.
Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
Check the emails of issue feedback.
Handle the quality issues received.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Academic qualification of SPM & above or Diploma/Degree in any field of studies.
Basic knowledge in MS Excel and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for managing feedback and reporting issues.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken) as the role is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel.
Have own transportation and willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong.
Good in time management and willing to learn new skills.
At least 1 year experience in Quality Management related job is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
