Quality Management System (Qms) Executive

Quality Management System (QMS) ExecutiveResponsibilities:
Preparing standard documents that meet ISO 9001 requirements;
Ensuring all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are well documented;
Developing DEFM staff's awareness and knowledge of standardization;
Planning, arranging, and undertaking internal audits and following up to close all corrective actions;
Liaising with external ISO 9001 certification bodies, arranging audits, and following up;
Ensuring that DEFM ISO 9001 accreditations are obtained and maintained;
Facilitating management reviews, compiling all relevant reports, developing agendas for meetings, minuting meetings, and following up.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a degree in Quality Management or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in quality management and regulatory compliance;
Experience in handling or managing ISO 9001;
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements;
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
