Quality Management System Specialist (Thailand Based)Ensure that all necessary products meet Halal Certification requirements as per company policy and customer needs. Coordinate with relevant certification bodies to maintain and renew Halal Certification for the products.
Responsibilities:
Review Halal Document of all raw materials to ensure that they meet CICOT Halal, MUI Halal, and JAKIM requirements.
Prepare documents for Halal registration and renew certification.
Coordinate with relevant certification bodies to maintain and renew Halal certification for all products.
Conduct Halal internal audits to ensure compliance with Halal practices.
Review and update documentation required for Halal certification, ensuring all processes and materials comply with Halal guidelines.
Provide training to staff on Halal requirements and standards to maintain awareness and knowledge.
Develop and implement quality standards and guidelines for outbound logistics, ensuring they align with company objectives and customer requirements.
Temperature monitoring of the products during transportation in domestic and overseas and analyze data for logistic, sales, and relevant teams to understand the situation and risk.
Investigate customer complaints or returns related to outbound logistics and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
Create plans and collaborate with sales teams and related departments for product inspection in each market.
Provide training to ensure quality awareness to logistics and sales teams.
