You will play an important role in: To understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processesTo ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is in compliance to the reference standard.To develop and review specifications for products or processes.To ensure the operations and documentation carried out to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 system.To be responsible as management representative for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.To be responsible for overall effective operation of Quality Department and lead the quality team.To develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required requirement for quality, function and reliability before delivery.To ensure all legals standards are met.To develop and implement strategies to improve the production processTo plan, execute and monitor product testing.To regularly analyses quality trends and highlight key deviations to ManagementTo report to top management on the performance of the QMS including the need for the improvementTo monitor quality of incoming raw materials, in process product & end product follow the customer specifications and requirements.Work closely with customers, suppliers and production teams to meet the quality requirements.To co-ordinate & oversee quality checking activities including manufacturing safety.To review, prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customers' surveillance requirements, good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.To ensure quality department follow company rules and regulations. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor Degree in Quality/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 10 years in related experience; andAt least 2 year in management position.Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools and best practices.Good knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001 and FMEA.Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.Ability to communicate with different levels of workplace hierarchy.
