Job Description:
Review and approve all quality-related documents.
Perform product quality reviews and make decisions regarding release or rejection of APIs and intermediates.
Establish systems to release or reject raw materials, intermediates, packaging, and labeling materials.
Ensure investigation and resolution of critical deviations and quality-related complaints.
Approve specifications, master production instructions, and procedures that impact the quality of intermediates or APIs.
Approve intermediate and API contract manufacturers and evaluate changes that may impact their quality.
Ensure internal audits (self-inspections) are conducted regularly.
Implement effective systems for the maintenance and calibration of critical equipment.
Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
Verify that materials are appropriately tested, and test results are reported accurately.
Requirements:
Possess at least a bachelor's degree and above in chemistry, biology, pharmacy or equivalent.
5 years' experience in pharmaceutical factory, in Manufacturing, and QA Manager minimum.#J-18808-Ljbffr
