Quality Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Components Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 90 years in the world.

Reporting to: Managing Director
Managing 20 people
Based in Selangor
The Job
Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Design and maintain quality management systems that meet industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF).
Oversee QA activities to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
Monitor quality costs and implement improvement actions and control plans.
Reduce company-wide quality costs while maintaining high standards.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Lead quality audits, inspections, and product testing.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process improvements.
Provide training for team members to enhance quality control skills.
Manage customer complaints and product recalls.
Address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and minimize quality issues.
The Experience
Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory and fluency in Japanese is a plus.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
