KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:To supervise and coordinate a group of QA Auditors to provide quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations.
To develop and maintain the quality system.
Accountable to the QA Manager.
Supervise and coordinate Quality Department Auditors.
To initiate and participate in quality improvement activities with various departments.
To assist QA Engineers for evaluation and Quality Improvement Activities.
To troubleshoot and resolve line issues related to Quality.
To drive for continuous improvement in the line.
To carry out projects that have been assigned.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Derive Continual Improvement.
Practice Risk-Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes, etc.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Degree or diploma in any related field.
Preferably 2-3 years in a similar capacity.
Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
Management and Supervisory Skills.
Leadership.
Good Communication.
