Job Responsibilities:Responsible for assuring all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps, and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.
Ensure the audit reports are updated correctly.
Assist QA Engineer to perform line process/product audit, NPI build follow up as well as CRG/RMA verification & Purge coordination.
Perform periodic process audits based on customer or Plexus internal process checklist.
Assist QA Engineer to follow up for closure of Corrective Action Report.
Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority.
Perform inspection on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specifications.
Perform required VISUAL inspection on all products.
Verify product conformity against process and product documentation.
Assist QA Engineer in day-to-day production Quality issues.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in QA especially in manufacturing environment Higher Level Assembly (HLA).
Experience with IPC-620, ESD and IPC-610 Class 3 will be an advantage.
Able to communicate with engineer and supervisor well in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Able to support overtime and work shifts when necessary.
Able to use the computer including MS Office applications.
