Quality Technologist

Monitor and ensure that the microbiological aspects of the in-process and finished product conforms to the quality specifications.Responsibilities: Involve in Complaint management- assist in complaint handling, liaise with stakeholder in complaint investigation (from case receiving to final report for replying to consumer and customer) Pest control implementation in brewery and work closely with external services provider.Assist in conducting GMP training (internalParticipate in periodic hygiene audit (BH and Packaging)Participate in warehouse audit (internal and third-party warehouse)Trigger improvement plan related to complaint management.Drive excellence execution with HOD in QA department operation.
Any additional task assigned by the superior.
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Science/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technology 1-2 year working experience in quality assurance preferably in a food manufacturing environment.Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Basic knowledge in GMP, pest control, ISO 9001, HACCP, etc.
Must have basic computer skills in MS Word, power point and Excel.Must be honest, co-operative, positive attitude, good communication skill, team player, independent.Must demonstrate quality in work i.e.
accurate, thorough and effective.Willing to travel to warehouses, outlets (if required).
