Quantity Surveyor - Civil (Kuala Lumpur & Kulai, Johor)

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in engineering professional (Mechanical/Electrical), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation order, final accounts.
Well versed in tender exercise, pricing, estimates, feasibility studies, cost control & estimation and contract management.
Analyzes tender documents comprising of BOQ, tender clarification and unit price etc.
Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and services.
Ability to source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotation for tendering.
