Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform site measurement and taking off works.Manage site valuations and prepare contractual documentation, including progress claims, payment certifications, VOs, and final accounts for subcontractors.Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.Assist prepare tender documentation for new project bids.Undertake additional tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field, with high-rise building or factory projects will be an added advantage.Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.Ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and commit to delivering high-quality work.Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving fair and favorable outcomes.
