Quantity Surveyor Executive

· To work with clients or related parties in checking all drawings and specifications to ensure cost effective works.
· Handle multiple projects and retail job calculations and prepare quotation for customer.
· Understand all the related drawings and prepare for quotation or tender documents.
· Issue material transfer, DO/invoice/CN/DN/purchase requisition.
· To liaise with clients and contractors on claim submission and payment valuations.
· Suppliers/contractor's claim verification.
· Prepare tabulators and finalisation of accounts.
Prepare monthly progress claim submission. Requirement/ Skill:
Work independently with min guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Good numerical skill and sharp analytic thinkingGood communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.MS office, Excel & Auto CADRelevant working experiences in main construction companies is a plus.Qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
