Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Grad Welcome)

-Prepare tender documents, specifications, contracts, quantity take off, bills of quantities, budgets and other documentation as needed; obtain approvals prior to submission of tenders and contracts awards.


-Analyze tender submissions from contractors to identify the most competitive bids. 


-Ensure that tender documents are clear, concise, and compliant with contract requirements.


-Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates. 


-Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors' Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.


-Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs and request statement, information collection and confirmation.


-To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.


-To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

-Work based at office with occasional construction site visits.


-Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
