Quantity Surveyor - Genting Highlands

Job ScopeCost Estimation:Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Contract Management:Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Tender Preparation:Prepare tender and bidding documents, including bills of quantities, for construction projects.
Cost Control:Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within the allocated budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Valuation and Payments:Measure and value work done on-site for contractor payments and verify quantities for claims.
Project Variations:Handle changes in project scope, updating costs and negotiating variations with contractors and clients.
Compliance and Standards:Ensure that project costs and quality standards comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Responsibility/RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree or above in quantity surveying.
Experience:Fresh graduates are welcomed; preferred working experience is 2 years.
Software Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD, Office, and other engineering management software.
Personal Qualities:Strong teamwork and communication skills, high level of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
