Job Requirements: Liaising with clients/Site Personnel/Sub-ContractorsTaking-off, costs and time scales for material and labourPreparing progress claim and quotationIdentifying and weighing up commercial risksAssigning work to site supervisors/subcontractorsValuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing paymentsEnsuring projects meet legal and quality standardsMonitoring and preparing budget reportsFollowing building regulations and health and safety
Current project: Menara 118, TRX, PUB water treatment plant (Kota Tinggi), etc.


Office location: Jalan Gombak, Taman Suria Setapak (nearby KLTS)
Project location: Mostly Klang Valley but not limit to other state in Peninsular
