Responsibilities:
-Prepare and submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, and cost estimation.
-Handle progress claims, variation orders, evaluation of claims, and other related tasks.
-Assist in awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents, and providing recommendations on contractor valuations.
-Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders, and final accounts.
-Support operational matters related to contractual issues and other contract administration duties.
-Monitor changes to the scope of work and contract conditions, and apply for extensions of time if necessary.
-Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment, analysis, and budgeting purposes.
-Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
-Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment-related matters, monitor monthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reports for ongoing projects.
-Attend site valuations, conduct site measurements, and attend regular meetings when required.
-Prepare and verify payment certificates and finalize the final account of projects.
-Ensure the ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Undertake other tasks assigned by management as necessary.

-Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
-You should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), or an equivalent qualification.
